Monica has made an important career in the firm starting as a junior lawyer until today, having a team in charge of some of the most important clients of the firm.
She is in charge of coordinating and guiding the management of the team in charge, in order to provide timely attention to client requests and manage the portfolio of assigned clients, managing and accompanying them to achieve their satisfaction.
She has participated in multiple transactions of the Firm highlighting one in 2018, the accompaniment and proper management of the disciplinary processes carried out to Avianca pilots, once the illegal cessation of activities of 2017 was declared, a process that marked an important milestone in labour issues in Colombia.

- Lawyer degree in 2011 from Rosario University.
- Postgraduate Degree in Labour Law in 2013 from Pontificia Javeriana University.
Teaching Experience
- Assistant professor of the seminar of the Postgraduate Degree in Labour Law at the Pontificia Javeriana University since 2019.
