Profile
Ana María has forged her career in the firm since 2009, where she started as an intern. After developing client-focus skills with great technical strength, she has become one of the consulting team leaders. Her experience allows having a clear and strategic vision towards the clients’ needs, providing robust and timely solutions that generate value, trust and harmony when facing significant labor issues for companies. From her role, she is currently in charge of the legal administration and the structuring of legal guiding strategies for the Firm’s client consultancy.
