Angélica has extensive experience advising companies on individual, collective and social security labour matters, has developed contractual schemes, corporate restructuring processes and in general corporate integration processes. She has extensive experience in collective bargaining with trade unions in the financial, commercial, mining and service sectors, with recognized experience in judicial and labour arbitration.

Master in Labour Law and Social Security at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in alliance with the European Institute of Business Studies in Spain with outstanding performance.

Master in Labour and Social Security Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana graduated with Magna Cvm Lavde honours and Order of Academic Merit.

Speaker in Labour Law at national and international level, she is a professor in the specialisation of Labour Law and Social Security at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Member of the Colegio de Abogados del Trabajo (2002) and of the Steering Committee in different periods.
